Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Path Of Urban-rural Integration In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Marxism

Cities and villages are an organism.The relationship between urban and rural areas has always been an important relationship throughout the process of economic and social development,and it is also a key issue that China must attach great importance to in the process of socialist modernization.It is an inevitable trend for urban-rural relationship to develop from separation and opposition to integration.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s economy and society have achieved comprehensive development,and people’s living standards have been greatly improved.However,the "dual structure" feature in urban and rural development is still prominent,and the imbalance and inadequacy of urban and rural development is still serious.Marx and Engels pointed out that the ultimate goal of the communist society is to abolish the old division of labor,abolish private ownership and eliminate class antagonism,and finally integrate urban and rural areas.Under this background,how to put the village in the same strategic position as the town to promote the rural development level;How to objectively analyze the current situation of urban-rural integration development in Henan Province and recognize its constraints have become the practical problems that need to be solved to promote urban-rural integration development in the new era.Based on this,this paper,under the guidance of Marxist theory of urban-rural integration development,combines the actual situation of China in the new era,and based on the practice of urban-rural integration development in Henan Province,analyzes the internal mechanism that affects urban-rural integration development,points out its existing problems,puts forward suggestions that conform to the actual situation of Henan Province,and explores "reshaping the new urban-rural relationship and taking the road of urban-rural integration development".Based on the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations,this paper ponders and analyzes the current situation and problems of urban-rural integration development in Henan Province,which mainly includes the following parts: First,it expounds Marx and Engels’ urban-rural relationship thought from many aspects,such as the root causes of urban-rural conflicts,the inevitability of achieving the goal of urban-rural integration,and the ways of urban-rural integration.Second,it reviewed the development process of urban-rural relations since the founding of New China,by which it grasped the laws of urban-rural development and the stage rationality of urban-rural development,explored the internal logic of urban-rural promotion mechanism,dynamic mechanism and integration mechanism,and analyzes the optimization path of urban-rural integration development.Fourth,the current situation analysis.Proceeding from the actual situation of the development of urban-rural relationship in Henan Province,this paper summarizes the achievements of urban-rural integration development in Henan Province,and emphatically expounds the outstanding problems existing in the current urban-rural integration development in Henan Province,such as the large income gap between urban and rural residents,backward agricultural production mode,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimized path to promote the urban-rural integration development of Henan Province.This paper proposes the path to promote the integration of urban and rural development in integration development,defined the basic connotation of urban-rural integration development,and provided a theoretical basis for the following research.Third,combined with Marx’s urban-rural theory,it proposes the mechanism for promoting the urban-rural integration development in China,including the Henan Province in the new era from the four dimensions of urban and rural economic development level,urban and rural basic public services,urban and rural infrastructure and public service system,and urban and rural ecological environment.Specifically,the first is to improve the urban-rural integration development mechanism.Promote the two-way flow of urban and rural labor actual situation of Henan Province,give play to the regional advantages of different regions.We will promote the modernization of rural agriculture and raise the level of rural development.Third,we should attach importance to the balanced development of urban and rural education.We will promote education equity by giving priority to educational resources in rural areas and integrating urban and rural educational resources.Fourth,to promote the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas by improving the efficiency of public service resource allocation;The completion of urban and rural transportation and communication facilities will be facilitated by focusing on the implementation of the rural infrastructure project;Fifth,accelerate the development of urban-rural ecological environment integration.Through scientific planning of rural ecological environment construction,establish the concept of rural green development to make urban and rural ecology beautiful and green and livable.The thought of urban-rural integration development is an important part of Marx and Engels’ theory on urban-rural relationship,which has an important influence on urban and rural development in later generations.Although Marx and Engels’ theories on urban-rural relations still shine with the light of truth,the development of reality requires further development of Marx and Engels’ theories on urban-rural relations,which should constantly respond to the changing social practice and serve the better development of urban-rural integration.On the basis of previous research results,this research topic sorts out the theory of urban-rural integration development with Chinese characteristics,and puts forward suggestions based on the existing problems in the urban-rural integration development of Henan Province,it has enhanced the understanding of the urban and rural integration development in the new era,provide a modest contribution to the proposal of an optimized path for the development of urban-rural integration in Henan Province in the new era.
