| The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in October,2022,which integrated education with science and technology and talents.It pointed out that the root of educating people lies in virtue,and it is necessary to cultivate people with socialist core values,strengthen and improve the ideological and moral construction of minors,improve the ideological and political work system,and improve people’s moral level and civilized accomplishment.The Young Pioneers,as a children’s organization under the leadership of the Party and government,gives consideration to children’s nature and politics,and is an important position to carry out ideological and political education,moral education and patriotism education for primary and secondary school students and comprehensively improve their core literacy.As an important part of all kinds of Young Pioneers’ activities,the realization of its educational value can effectively promote the education of Young Pioneers in primary schools to take root.This paper studies the realization of the ritual education value of the Young Pioneers in primary schools from three dimensions: the understanding of its value,the influencing factors and the realization strategies.The specific contents include the following points:First,an overview of the ceremony of the Young Pioneers in primary schools.This chapter mainly defines the concept of the Young Pioneers Ceremony in primary schools,and summarizes the development process and characteristics of the Young Pioneers Ceremony.Its development has gone through three stages: embryonic stage,development stage and maturity stage,and its characteristics are mainly political,educational and performance.Second,the definition,manifestation and classification of the educational value of the Young Pioneers ceremony in primary school.This paper defines the concept of the Young Pioneers’ ritual education value,and sorts out the manifestations of the Young Pioneers’ ritual education value in primary schools,including the educational value of the Young Pioneers’ ritual etiquette,the educational value of the Young Pioneers’ ritual symbols and the educational value of the Young Pioneers’ ritual activities.According to the different subjects,the educational value of the Young Pioneers ceremony is divided into individual value and social value.Individual value mainly refers to strengthening collective consciousness,cultivating good behavior habits and shaping good morality;Social value mainly includes social political value and cultural value.Third,the present situation of the value realization of the ceremony education of the Young Pioneers in primary schools.This paper analyzes the present situation of the realization of the value of Young Pioneers’ ceremony education in Y primary school from three aspects: the construction of young pioneers’ cognition,the cultivation of emotion and the cultivation of behavior.Fourthly,the problems and reasons of realizing the value of Young Pioneers’ ritual education in primary school.The existing problems mainly include the formalization of ceremony,the lack of students’ subjective status,and the nonstandard use of ceremony symbols.The reasons for these problems mainly include the insufficient subjective consciousness and theme participation of young pioneers,the weak self-awareness and realistic experience of young pioneers counselors,and the inadequate optimization of ceremony carriers.Fifthly,the strategy to realize the value of Young Pioneers’ ritual education in primary school.The strategies mainly include strengthening the young pioneers’ dominant position,respecting students’ dominant position,stimulating students’ subjective initiative,paying attention to the experience of rituals,promoting ritual democracy and improving the evaluation mechanism of rituals;Improve the professional quality of young pioneers counselors,improve the degree of young pioneers counselors’ recognition of their own roles,and dig deep into the educational value of young pioneers ceremony from various angles;Optimize the design of the ceremony,starting from the needs of students,improve the scientific design of the ceremony and enhance the atmosphere of the ceremony;Open the channels for the ceremony,improve the corresponding social system and school system,integrate social resources,optimize school resources,and strengthen the integration of school education and family education. |
