| Among the many school ceremonies,there is a special one,the Young Pioneers Ceremony,which deeply affects the development of the mind,consciousness,behavior and emotion of the majority of teenagers in childhood.As the country pays more and more attention to the ideological and moral construction of minors,the educational role of the Young Pioneer ceremony has become increasingly prominent,and the Young Pioneer ceremony urgently needs to be managed rationally and scientifically.This paper sorts out and defines the related concepts of the ceremony management of the Young Pioneers through literature analysis.On the basis of expounding the connotation,characteristics and functions of the ceremony management of the Young Pioneers,it uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to analyze the five schools in Xiangtan City.The current situation of the Young Pioneers ceremony education management was investigated,and it was found that the current problems in the Young Pioneers ceremony management are: the management awareness of the Young Pioneers managers is weak,and the school’s ritual activities are mere formalities;The structure of the Young Pioneers ceremony management is relatively simple and lacks professional Managers;the management system of the ceremony of the Young Pioneers is disordered,the young pioneers have a poor sense of ritual acquisition,and the effect of ritual education is very small.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons for these problems from the perspective of management subject cognition,management atmosphere creation and management system design,and proposes to change management concepts,clarify ritual management goals,create management atmosphere,innovate ritual management forms,improve management systems,and improve Countermeasures for the effect of ritual management. |
