Research On Anomie Behavior And Ethical Regulation In Webcast

With the rapid development of media technology and the continuous improvement of mobile Internet infrastructure construction,webcasting has become an important channel for people to meet their own entertainment needs due to its strong interaction and pan-entertainment features,and the live broadcast industry has expanded rapidly.In this process,due to the low barriers to entry in the industry,high social demand,rapid capital influx,and the lack of effective coverage of the existing regulatory system,webcasting has the appearance of prosperity behind the homogenization of content,fragmented production,Negative problems such as disordered competition have also frequently occurred in the practice process,which violated social order and good customs,causing adverse effects on society.In view of this phenomenon,on the basis of sorting out the existing research literature,this paper selects typical cases of anomie in webcasting from 2016 to 2021,conducts a systematic study on anomie behavior in webcasting through case analysis and other methods,and discusses the anomie in webcasting The phenomenon and causes,and then from the perspective of media ethics,put forward suggestions on regulating online live broadcast behavior.Firstly,through the research on webcasting and media ethics,and fully understanding the development background of webcasting,this paper classifies and analyzes the cases of anomie in webcasting,and forms the theoretical framework of the full text.Secondly,with the help of typical case studies,it presents five behavioral anomies such as data fraud and privacy violation in my country’s online live broadcast.Once again,with the help of the theoretical framework,the existing phenomena and problems are analyzed,and the regulatory,capital,subject and institutional factors that cause the anomalous behavior of webcasting are revealed.Finally,the targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problem of behavior anomie and its causes in my country’s online live broadcast.As webcasting has become an important form of communication network,relevant ministries and commissions of the state have also paid attention to the problems existing in webcasting,and have gradually improved the relevant legal system.In this context,it is of practical significance to carry out the research on the anomie behavior of webcasting from the perspective of media ethics.Through the research,put forward feasible strategy suggestions,which has reference value for cultivating the media literacy of the anchor and the audience,and improving the self-discipline and hetero-discipline in the live broadcast behavior.
