Research On The Influence Of Temporal Leadership On The Subjective Well-being Of Street-level Police

Improving the subjective well-being of street-level police is the goal of public security organs to give preferential treatment to police,which is conducive to building a stable and highquality public security team and improving the efficiency of public security work.This paper aims to improve the subjective well-being of street-level police,and discusses its influence and mechanism on the subjective well-being of street-level police from the perspective of temporal leadership.In this study,412 valid questionnaires and 25 interview records were obtained through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,and the research conclusions were obtained by analyzing them,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on this basis.Firstly,this study systematically sorts out the existing research results on subjective wellbeing,temporal leadership,work-family gain,self-efficacy and temporal pressure,and constructs a research model based on resource conservation theory,self-determination theory and social exchange theory.Through two stages,pre-research and formal research,questionnaires were distributed to collect data,412 questionnaires were collected,and software such as SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 were used to analyze the collected data and verify the research hypotheses.At the same time,combined with the semi-structured interview method,25 interview records were supplemented by the summary of 25 interview records to test the research hypothesis and clarify the mechanism of action of each influence relationship.Secondly,the following conclusions were obtained through the analysis of this study: first,temporal leadership has a positive effect on the subjective well-being of street-level police;Second,work-family gain plays a mediating role in the positive impact of temporal leadership on the subjective well-being of street-level police.Third,self-efficacy plays a moderating role between temporal leadership and the subjective well-being of street-level police.Fourth,temporal pressure positively regulates the effect of temporal leadership on work-family gain.Finally,based on the research conclusions and discussion and interpretation,this study takes improving the subjective well-being of grassroots public security police as the foothold,and puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: First,improve the temporal leadership of grassroots public security organ leaders.Improve the ability of grassroots civilian police to control the temporal leadership training mechanism by innovating the temporal leadership training mechanism,improving the temporal leadership evaluation system,and optimizing the allocation of police forces;The second is to "take the police as the foundation",formulate family-friendly policies,improve the rest security system and mental health care system,and promote work-family gains;The third is to pay attention to the cultivation of selfefficacy of street-level police.Improve the recruitment and training system for street-level police,strengthen the protection of internal and external rights and interests,and enhance selfefficacy;The fourth is to appropriately increase the temporal pressure of some grassroots civilian police.Accurately identify different types of temporal stress and bring out the best results of temporal pressure through differentiated leadership.
