Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Job Burnout Of The Grassroots Policeman Based On Ecological Systems Theory

This year is the first year for China to fully implement the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and also the initial year for China to implement the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19 infection.The public security police closely follow the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee,implement the requirements of "epidemic situation is an order,prevention and control is a responsibility",and fully participate in the anti epidemic work.At the same time,they also fully perform their duties and responsibilities in combating crimes and maintaining public security,has made certain contributions to achieving phased victory in China’s epidemic prevention and control campaign.However,it cannot be ignored that since the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,the workload of public security has increased sharply.At the same time,various new types of crimes have emerged in the digital wave,which has increased the work pressure and negative emotions of the grassroots policeman and highlighted the phenomenon of occupational fatigue.Job burnout not only affects the physical and mental health of the grassroots policeman,but also hinders the normal development of public security work,and even deviates from the development process of Chinese path to modernization.Therefore,how to effectively alleviate the occupational fatigue of the grassroots policeman at the current stage has become an urgent problem that needs to be considered and solved.Based on this background,as an in-service grassroots policeman in S City Public Security Bureau,the author takes grassroots police officers in S City Public Security Bureau as the research object and uses methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey,and in-depth interviews to study the issue of occupational burnout among the grassroots policeman.By quantifying the level of occupational burnout among the grassroots policeman in S City Public Security Bureau and statistical analysis of scores in various dimensions,it was found that the measured value of occupational burnout among the grassroots policeman in S City Public Security Bureau is 2.45.Although overall it belongs to the category of mild occupational burnout,the measured value of emotional exhaustion dimension is 3.01,which has reached a moderate level of occupational burnout.Especially,the emotional exhaustion dimension of the young grassroots policeman is more severe,and the adverse effects of subsequent indulgence are self-evident.In view of the fact that the level of job burnout of the grassroots policeman in S City Public Security Bureau is not low,especially the status quo of obvious emotional exhaustion dimension,the author,based on the Ecological systems theory,examines the interaction between the grassroots policeman and the environment from a multi-dimensional,multi-level and cross system perspective to analyze the causes of job burnout of the grassroots policeman,and proposes to fully mobilize the positive factors of the grassroots policeman from the micro,middle,outer and macro system levels.Reasonably allocating police resources to reduce the source of pressure on the grassroots policeman,creating a positive atmosphere for the grassroots policeman based on the connection between individuals,organizations,and families,and increasing positive publicity of public security image in society are in line with the current social situation to alleviate the occupational fatigue of the grassroots policeman,and effectively implementing care for the physical and mental health issues of the grassroots policeman.As one of the sub centers of county economy in northern Fujian,S city has a representative urban level among various counties(cities)in northern Fujian.Through the investigation of the current situation of job burnout among the grassroots policeman in S city’s public security bureau and the study of relief measures,it has certain reference value for the management of grassroots public security teams in surrounding counties(cities)and counties(cities)with similar economic and public security levels.I hope that the research in this article can provide some help for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,or how to better utilize public security forces when facing such crises again.
