In recent years,various psychological problems have emerged among secondary school students,with cases of runaways,self-harm and suicides occurring from time to time,and research on the management of psychological crises among secondary school students has gradually increased.In the past,people did not have an accurate understanding of the concept of psychological crisis,and fewer studies have focused on the management of psychological crisis among secondary school students,which has led to an increasing number of secondary school students having psychological problems and choosing extreme solutions.Based on this background and the current situation,this paper analyses the psychological characteristics of secondary school students at the secondary school level and conducts a study on the psychological crisis management of secondary school students from the perspective of public management,based on theories of public crisis management,psycho-social development and crisis intervention models.This paper uses literature research,questionnaires and interviews,and case studies to summarize the problems in the management of secondary school students’ psychological crisis in Wushan County,such as the lack of attention to students’ mental health,the lack of mental health resources and the imperfect system of psychological crisis management,and also explores that these problems are mainly due to the lack of awareness of students’ mental health,the imperfect groundwork of psychological crisis management and the lack of a psychological crisis management mechanism for students.The problems are mainly caused by the lack of awareness of students’ mental health,inadequate basic work on psychological crisis management and the lack of a mechanism to deal with students’ psychological crisis.This paper examines the current problems and causes and proposes countermeasures for the management of psychological crises among secondary school students in Wushan County.First,the whole society should gradually pay attention to the mental health of secondary school students and mental health education;Second,scientific mental health resources including mental health courses,human resources and professional equipment for psychological counselling should be equipped;Third,the secondary school psychological crisis management system should be gradually improved.Prevention before crisis and intervention during crisis are important aspects of psychological crisis management for secondary school students,and recovery and reconstruction after crisis is also one of the key aspects.The psychological crisis prevention system is established on the basis of the psychological crisis intervention platform,and the three steps of psychological crisis management are gradually improved: crisis warning,crisis intervention and post-crisis recovery and reconstruction,with specific recommendations for the relevant government departments,social departments,school psychological crisis management departments and personnel involved.This will not only help secondary school students solve their psychological problems in time and get through secondary school successfully,but also help to improve the quality of the whole population,thus maintaining the harmony and stability of society. |
