Research On Crisis Management Of Emergency Safety Incidents In Primary Schools

With the development of society,the crisis events that plague people are gradually appearing frequently,and it is difficult to fundamentally eliminate them.As a weak link in crisis prevention,the school’s crisis management is particularly important.In recent years,the frequent campus crisis events in various places have also fully exposed the shortcomings of the school organization’s campus crisis handling.Faced with this situation,how to better handle and resolve crises from emergencies has undoubtedly become an important practical issue,as well as a theoretical topic that needs to be studied urgently.Combining the theory of crisis management and other empirical research methods,the thesis reveals the inseparable relationship between the frequent crisis events on campus and the crisis management of school organizations.The thesis holds that crisis management is a series of measures to deal with crisis events,and it is also a dynamic process.According to the relationship between crisis and management,combined with the three-stage model of crisis management,the thesis divides the process of crisis management into three stages: before crisis,during crisis and after crisis.The paper selects the emergency safety incidents in the primary school campus in Y County as the research sample,and finds the following problems in the primary school campus through the case study(weak crisis management awareness,imperfect crisis management system,imperfect crisis management concept,and poor coordination among various subjects),and from the current crisis management problems,it is proposed that the crisis management capability of school organizations can be improved in a targeted manner from the three stages of the crisis.Among them,we must not only play the leading role of school organizations,but also implement the policies and measures of the higher authorities,and also correctly play the supervision role of the media.In addition,the thesis is based on the fact that crisis management is a dynamic process,and each stage is closely related,so only by continuously improving the ability of crisis management can we adapt to the changing social environment,so as to cope with crisis events with ease.
