Research On The Crisis Management Of Secondary Vocational School

In China,secondary vocational education is an indispensable part of high school education.In 2019,the national important policies on the development of vocational education were issued one after another,giving vocational education the same important status as general education.With the support of policies and the promotion of talent economy,secondary vocational colleges have entered a period of rapid development,with increasingly rich educational resources,more diversified financial investment,continuous expansion of the school scale,rapid increase of enrollment,quantity and quality of talent training Get promoted.At present,China is in a transitional period,and the whole society has entered a critical period of multiple crises.With the rapid development of economic society and Internet,the social environment,social mentality and social communication mode have also entered the overall evolution.In the period of social transformation,secondary vocational colleges have become a high risk area due to the impact of education system reform,social thoughts,social circle,information cocoon house and other factors.These crisis events not only bring different degrees of influence to the normal teaching life of teachers and students,but also damage the social image of the school,and even harm the harmonious stability and healthy development of the society.Therefore,secondary vocational colleges need to establish a scientific and reasonable crisis management system,which can sense and forewarn in advance before the crisis,deal with and respond effectively when the crisis occurs,and summarize and improve in time after the crisis,so as to control the crisis within a reasonable range and avoid greater social harm caused by the spread of the crisis.Based on the theory of 4R crisis management and the practice of Jinan business school,this paper investigates the situation of crisis management in secondary vocational colleges.After combing and summarizing the relevant theoretical results,this paper has formed a clear understanding of the concept of crisis management in secondary vocational colleges,and has thought about the relevant theoretical basis.Through interviewing some crisis management staff and student groups in Jinan business school,we can roughly grasp the situation of crisis management in the school from the aspects of prevention preparation,disposal and rescue,recovery and reconstruction.Then,using the 4R model as a tool,the paper puts forward the problems in the four stages of reduction,preparation,response and recovery,specifically in the aspects of reduction management,the lack of correct crisis management awareness,the lack of necessary full-time crisis management institutions,the lack of professional crisis management personnel;in the aspect of crisis preparation,the poor early warning ability,the poor implementation of crisis plans,and the lack of necessary crisis intervention Mechanism;in the crisis response stage,crisis recognition is not timely,lack of efficient communication mechanism,low transparency of crisis information;in the crisis recovery management,lack of reasonable psychological intervention,psychological recovery,image reconstruction mechanism.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the crisis management of the school,this paper proposes that in the stage of crisis management reduction,we should establish the concept of "prevention first,system management",establish a perfect organization and management organization,and unblock the channels of reflection;in the stage of crisis management preparation,we should form a perfect early warning mechanism and a normalized training mechanism;in the stage of crisis management response,we should do a good job Prepare plans and materials,build efficient communication and coordination mechanisms;repair and upgrade infrastructure in time,carry out psychological recovery and reputation recovery,and carry out objective performance evaluation to consolidate achievements in the recovery stage of crisis management.
