With the development and progress of The Times,people pay more attention to the needs and satisfaction of their own spiritual world,the objective reality requires new requirements for arming people’s minds with advanced theories,which fully shows that promoting the popularization development of Marxism in the new era is not only the theoretical need to adhere to the guiding position of Marxism and write the theoretical need of adapting Marxism to Chinese times,but also the practical need to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.In order to promote the smooth development of the popularization of Marxism,this paper combines the current development situation and realistic conditions of cultural communication,on the basis of the combination of theory and practice answers the questions such as the necessity and feasibility of popular culture communication,the opportunities and challenges faced,the tasks to be completed,how to choose the content,the carrier application and the path optimization.To achieve the research purpose of further improving the popularization level of Marxism in the new era.Based on the background of The Times,to extract the connotation of Marxism popularization and cultural dissemination in the new era from the connotation of Marxism popularization and cultural dissemination is the main idea to clarify the internal correlation between Marxism and cultural dissemination.Cultural Communication of Marxism Popularization in the New Era is the sum of a series of cultural practices,such as cultural channels and cultural measures,which are developed and formed in order to promote the transmission and sharing of Marxist theoretical system and its development results,with the fundamental purpose of promoting and developing the popularization of Marxism,improving the understanding and identification of the masses of Marxism as the main goal.The progress of media culture,the improvement of education quality,the development of media technology for the feasibility of popular cultural dissemination,which can meet the needs of improving the effectiveness of popularization of Marxism,enhancing the firmness of people’s belief,belief and confidence,propagating and popularizing the achievements of Marxism in China,and fully explain the practical basis for the necessity of popular cultural communication.On the basis of the deepening of globalization,scientific and technological innovation and information sharing have brought opportunities and challenges to the cultural communication of Marxism popularization in the market environment brought by commercial development,the formation of pan-entertainment of fast-food culture production is an internal challenges,and the penetration and invasion of western wrong thoughts,such as hedonism and historical nihilism,forms an external challenge.The differentiated development of people’s cultural literacy is difficult to effectively cope with the dual internal and external challenges,which together constitute the triple challenges faced by the popular culture communication,It becomes a major problem to be solved urgently at present,and provides problem guidance for path optimization in the next stage.Clarifying task requirements and content selection can make more targeted use of good opportunities and solve development problems.On the basis of making clear that the popularization of Marxism is the unity of "transforming Marxism" and "transforming the public",we can accurately grasp the two problems of task requirements and content selection.On the one hand,with the help of the cultural communication mode,the popularization of Marxism is committed to achieve the level of effect,sublimate and deepen the people’s emotional identification and rational understanding of Marxism,and on this basis,strengthen the scientific belief of the communist party members in Marxism,that is,"transforming the public".On the other hand,to achieve the popularization
