With the development of society,the advantages of civil servant career stability are highlighted,and increasingly become the first choice of college graduates.However,along with the modernization of the management system and management ability,to build a service-oriented government transition gradually,the responsibilities and pressure on civil servants more and more,especially for civil servants at the grass-roots level,the requisition,letters and stability,poverty engines,safety in production,all kinds of the bottom line to the responsibilities of the job and stress within the grass-roots civil servants job burnout phenomenon more and more serious.M County is an old revolutionary base area with relatively backward economy and the forefront of poverty alleviation.The job burnout problem of grass-roots civil servants is also obviously reflected.On the basis of summarizing the previous literatures,this paper analyzes the current situation and root causes of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in M County by means of questionnaire survey and case interview.Found female,married and other own factors;Social factors such as long working years and posts of administrative law enforcement;Organisational factors such as clerical position and low salary are positively correlated with job burnout of grass-roots civil servants.Its causes include many factors such as individual,society and organization.Therefore,according to the current situation and root cause analysis results of grass-roots civil servants’ job burnout,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of individuals,organizations and society.Such as set up the correct cognitive attitudes,enhance the career planning and management level,improve the fault-tolerant mechanism and improve treatment of civil servants at the grass-roots level,improve the civil service examination system,improve the rank promotion mechanism,increase the medium of social support and guide the grass-roots civil servants,etc.,in order to effectively cope with the grass-roots civil service job burnout problem,improve work efficiency and service ability,grass-roots civil servants We will increase people’s satisfaction and ensure that the "last mile" of policy implementation is carried out more smoothly and smoothly. |
