Fire safety is an important part of the government’s social management and public services and it is also an important guarantee for social stability and economic development.The current mode of fire supervision and inspection in China is "separation of inspection and punishment".There are difficulties in implementing this mode at the grassroots level,and deep-seated contradictions are constantly emerging.The reasons for this are the narrowing of the power of fire supervision and inspection,the gap between the fire quality and professional requirements of inspectors,and the imperfect linkage mechanism between departments.To solve this problem,it is necessary to analyze the experience and inspiration of foreign fire supervision and inspection,accelerate the establishment of an "approval type" mechanism for daily fire supervision,inspection and punishment,strengthen the fire quality of inspection subjects,and normalize the implementation of departmental linkage fire supervision and inspection mechanisms.Through exploration and improvement,we can improve fire law enforcement.
