| Since the the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the civil service construction has gradually become an important part of the work of our government.The township civil servants,as grass-roots cadres,are the first line of implementing the party’s various lines,principles and policies,and their team construction is closely related to the foundation of governance,reform and development and stability of the overall situation.Whether the township public officials can face up to the essence of their work is directly related to the effectiveness of the government work.But at present,some township civil servants have a job burnout,which has a negative impact on the work performance of township civil servants.The leading cadres of the township party and government are the core of the grass-roots party organizations,and are an important force to contact the masses,promote economic development and build a harmonious society.They should focus on the current situation and correct their working attitude,so as to retain talents for the townships and towns.In this study,MBI-GS scale was used to survey the burnout of civil servants in X township.Later,based on the actual interview of X township civil servants,we conducted an in-depth investigation on their job burnout situation,and initially mastered the causes of their job burnout;First of all,the problem of township civil servants’ job burnout is mainly manifested in the emotional level.Emotional depression,the attitude dimension is low,township public servants under the psychological dimension lack a sense of achievement.Secondly,based on the incentive —— health care theory,the causes of job burnout among township civil servants are mainly due to the deficiencies of incentive methods and means,incentive ideas and effects,as well as the organizational,institutional and individual aspects.Finally,we should adopt the optimized incentive mode to adapt to the actual requirements of reducing the burden at the grass-roots level,innovate the incentive concept,as well as the organizational level,system level and individual level.I hoped that the study of this paper can provide some reference for alleviating the job burnout of township civil servants. |
