The problem of job burnout exists in all walks of life.With the continuous development of society,the pace of work is becoming faster and faster,the problem of job burnout is becoming more and more serious.It will affect the physical and mental health of individuals,not conducive to the organization of interpersonal relations,and even harm the collective interests.Taking QY district of Baoding city township civil servants as object,studies the township civil servant’s job burnout,the township civil servants as the bottom of the civil servants,particularity,they are the ultimate implementation of policies,the generation of job burnout can influence the township civil servants of physical and mental health,so that the township civil servant’s performance in the work behavior,there may be slacking phenomenon,treat the service object indifference,and so on and so forth,this will affect the image of the township government,working efficiency and execution,affect the superior policy implementation,which affects the development of the society.This article through the consult,analysis on civil servant’s job burnout,the psychological pressure and so on material,check the related research both at home and abroad,studies the structure,and combining the case interview method,questionnaire method,qualitative and quantitative analysis of combination of QY district of Baoding city township civil service job burnout overall level and combined with gender,age,position,working years,such as variable differential analysis,analyzed the current situation of the township civil servant’s job burnout and influence factors.Through the research and analysis,the sense of job burnout of township civil servants is mainly manifested in three aspects: physiology,psychology and behavior,and the influencing factors can be summarized into three levels: individual,organization and society.The individual level is mainly composed of the high expectations of individuals,the mismatch between individual ability and position,and the poor self-regulation ability.At the organizational level,the main aspects are heavy workload,low salary,imperfect promotion incentive mechanism,and lack of good organizational culture.The social aspect mainly includes high social expectation and low psychological attention.And combined with the analysis results,put forward targeted and feasible countermeasures,the individual level is mainly to improve personal ability,establish professional concept,enhance psychological quality and other countermeasures;At the organizational level,it is mainly to reduce the burden for the grass-roots,improve the salary and welfare,improve the examination and incentive mechanism,and strengthen the organizational culture.At the social level,the strategies are mainly to establish reasonable public expectations and improve the psychological assistance system.These strategies will play a certain role in alleviating the job burnout of township civil servants,reducing work pressure and improving work efficiency and execution,and also provide certain guidance for the management of township governments.
