| At present,China is in the stage of transition to an industrialized society,with rapid economic development,rapid social changes,accelerated organizational changes and intensified sense of occupational instability,which makes all walks of life feel unprecedented work pressure and job burnout.Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society,the working ability and attitude of civil servants in towns and townships are directly related to the ruling level of the Party and the management ability of the country.Building a contingent of high-quality civil servants is a key measure to strengthen the Party’s governance capacity and an important guarantee for the prosperity of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the lasting peace and stability of the country.The work quality and efficiency of civil servants directly determine the quality and efficiency of the work of the organs.At present,there are different degrees of job burnout in the daily work of grass-roots civil servants in towns and townships.Therefore,the research on job burnout of civil servants in towns and townships not only enriches the theory but also has the significance of guiding the practice.In this paper,a large number of literature,combined with the questionnaire and actual cases of township civil servants in Zunyi City,found that the phenomenon of job burnout is widespread in the township civil servants in Zunyi City.Then,on the basis of summarizing previous studies,this paper proposes a research idea,and uses questionnaire survey to deeply understand and analyze the current situation of job burnout of township civil servants in Zunyi City,and explores and influences the situation from three dimensions,including emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and low personal achievement.Thirdly,through empirical research,we try to explore positively from the following aspects to eliminate the negative impact of job burnout on work.Based on the motivation-health factor theory,i.e.,two-factor theory,this paper analyzes the causes of occupational burnout of township civil servants in Zunyi City,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate occupational burnout of grass-roots civil servants from the aspects of motivation and health care.In terms of incentive factors,the first is to strengthen the balance between reward and punishment,the second is to build a systematic long-term training plan,the third is to increase communication,selection and promotion,and the fourth is to pay attention to the development of career planning.In the aspect of health care factors,one is to strengthen the people-oriented management to relieve the work pressure,two is to set up reasonable wages and salaries,three is to optimize the fault tolerance and accountability system,four is to build a good township working environment.In this way,the burnout of grass-roots civil servants can be alleviated from two aspects and the track of a virtuous cycle of work can be moved towards.It is hoped that the research can provide reference for the smooth transformation process of government functions,and also appeals to relevant departments to pay some attention to the job burnout of township civil servants in Zunyi City. |
