Research On The Dilemmas And Countermeasures Faced By Rural Social Governance From The Perspective Of Pluralistic Co-governance

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which aims to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development in China,and is the key to building a well-off society in an all-round way.As China’s reform and opening up enters the deep-water zone,a higher level and higher quality of opening up puts forward higher requirements for the governance capacity and governance level of the country and the government.In order to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,China’s rural social governance began a series of explorations,seeking a new governance model suitable for the current situation has become the key to improving governance efficiency,and the pluralistic co-governance governance model can effectively solve the current lack of communication in China’s rural society,weak awareness of villagers’ participation,lagging public service supply and other drawbacks,and provide a new strategy for the production of social governance benefits in China’s rural areas.Based on the understanding and mastery of relevant theories such as pluralistic co-governance,through field research,distribution of questionnaires and other means,we have a certain understanding of the current governance status and governance results achieved in Y Town,H Province.According to the data obtained from field research,the main problems existing in the process of local social governance are analyzed,and the strategy of strengthening social governance in rural areas is written from the perspective of pluralistic co-governance.This article consists of four chapters,written according to the idea of "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".The first chapter is an introduction,the main contents include: the background of the topic,the research significance,the literature review at home and abroad,the research methods,the thesis structure arrangement,the innovation and shortcomings,the chapter mainly expounds the research purpose of this paper;the second chapter is the relevant conceptual definition and theoretical basis of the dilemma and countermeasure research on rural social governance from the perspective of pluralistic co-governance,and the theoretical basis of this paper is discussed in depth;the third chapter selects Y town in H Province as the research object to carry out empirical analysis and draws the current dilemma facing rural social governance in China The fourth chapter is a strategy for strengthening rural social governance from the perspective of pluralistic co-governance,and through the analysis of specific empirical evidence,the solutions to the current dilemmas faced by Rural Society in China are drawn.Through corresponding empirical analysis and theoretical guidance,this paper studies the current dilemma facing rural social governance in China,and on the basis of analyzing the causes of the current dilemma facing Rural Society in China,proposes a strategy to strengthen rural social governance.It is hoped that through the study of this article,the current situation,existing problems and causes of problems in rural social governance can be straightened out,and the obstacles faced in the process of township social governance can be reduced,so as to achieve harmonious governance of rural society in China and improve people’s living standards.
