Research On The Satisfaction Of Tianjin Government’s Purchase Of Community Home Care Services

With the increasingly serious trend of population aging in my country,the elderly population accounts for an increasing proportion of the total population,and the accompanying pension problems have become increasingly prominent,and gradually become a hot topic of common concern.Governments,professionals and scholars from all walks of life pay attention and hotly discuss.At present,among many old-age care models,both institutional and home-based care cannot meet the increasingly diversified needs of the elderly.As a new type of old-age care model that combines professional services for institutional care and a sense of belonging to traditional home care,the practice of elderly care services in various parts of our country is booming.However,the current demand for aged care in my country is showing a diversified and multi-level trend.The single traditional government department providing elderly care services to the elderly needs has long been unable to meet the diverse needs of elderly care.The government is also facing functional changes,building the dual pressures have resulted in the government’s purchase of community home care services.As a municipality directly under the central Government,Tianjin is one of the cities that have entered the aging society earlier.In recent years,Tianjin has taken the lead in carrying out the government’s purchase of community home-based elderly care services,which has achieved certain results and further improved the supply standard of elderly care services.However,given the current situation,there are still problems with the operation of this service in the city,such as low satisfaction of the elderly,low service quality and insufficient social supervision.Under the guidance of customer satisfaction theory,through combing domestic and foreign literature,this paper integrates the key factors affecting the satisfaction of the service,which specifically covers the individual characteristics of the elderly,family characteristics,quality evaluation of community home care service and supervision of the service.The satisfaction of the elderly with this the dependent variable is quantitatively analyzed to explore whether it significantly affects the satisfaction of this service.Through a series of analysis,we conclude that the satisfaction of the elderly in the city is at a high level,and various factors can also positively affect the satisfaction.Get rid of the influence of control variables,the elderly to community home endowment the evaluation of medical and health services,government supervision and inspection and the neighborhood are key factors,Elderly people with different individual characteristics have different evaluations of satisfaction with home-based care services in the community.Finally,based on the research findings and the problems and deficiencies in the development of community home care services purchased by the Tianjin Municipal Government,this paper proposes the following targeted suggestions: First of all,promote the improvement of the environmental facilities of community home care service institutions and improve service specialization Level and service quality;Next,strengthen the subsequent participation of multiple studies in the entire community-based home-based care services program,build a diversified comprehensive supervision system to ensure that the elderly enjoy high-quality community home care services;Besides,accurately meet the needs of the elderly and provide personalized care services;Lastly,cultivate a social atmosphere of respecting and filial piety and a harmonious neighborhood,effectively enhancing the happiness and sense of belonging of the elderly.
