Research On The Construction Of Security Strategy Of Network Ideology In Colleges And Universities From A Perspective Of Risk Society

Ideological security is an important part of China’s national security,and cyberspace,as an important carrier of ideological communication,is one of the main positions to maintain national ideological security.In the new era,China’s development is on a new journey to develop a strong socialist culture in China.While mastering advanced network science and technology,we should also firmly grasp the general valve of network ideological security,and constantly enhance the cohesion and leadership of socialist ideology.With the acceleration of China’s modernization,the continuous progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology,network technology is also developing rapidly.China has entered a risk society.Facing the uncertain factors from many parts,it has brought great challenges to the construction of network ideological security in China.Colleges and universities are the main positions for the party and the state to train socialist builders and successors.Facing great changes that have not been seen in a century,colleges and universities are also the gathering place of fierce exchanges of various social thoughts,which is exacerbated by the development of the Internet.Therefore,we should actively make preparations and set goals.We should not only be good at discovering the possible problems of network ideological security in colleges and universities,but also be good at analyzing problems and constructing effective strategies to solve relevant problems.From the perspective of risk society theory,this paper discusses securities of network ideology in colleges and universities.In the first place,this paper expounds the definitions and theories related to the security of University Network Ideology from the perspective of risk society,including risk,risk society,University Network Ideology and so on.Secondly,taking China’s relevant policies as the standard,this paper expounds the goal and direction of network ideological security construction in colleges and universities from two aspects of risk prevention and network education.Thirdly,starting from the globality,artificiality,unpredictability and complexity of the risk society,combined with practical cases,this paper analyzes the various challenges faced by the network ideological security of colleges and universities and the reasons behind the challenges.Finally,from the guiding principles,the main responsibilities of colleges and universities and the construction of system and mechanism,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to maintain the security of network ideology in colleges and universities.
