Anhui Provincial People’s Livelihood Archives Remote Service:Current Situation And Optimization Strategy

Under the background of the national strategic development of the Yangtze River Delta,the integrated development of archives work in the Yangtze River Delta has made great progress,especially in the remote service of people’s livelihood archives.Director of the State Archives Administration,Lu Guoqiang,clearly stated at the National Archives Director Conference: "It is necessary to summarize and promote the experience of the integrated development model of archives work in the Yangtze River Delta,deepen the ecological protection and development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the Yellow River Basin.High-quality development and other major national strategic regional archives cooperation”.As a member of the Yangtze River Delta region,Anhui Province took the lead in building the country’s first provincial-level electronic document center in 2005,and then gradually overtook the rest of the Yangtze River Delta provinces and cities,changing from a "leader" to a "follower".This paper selects Anhui Province as the research object,and analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the remote service of people’s livelihood archives in the process of integrating Anhui Province into the archives work in the Yangtze River Delta,in order to provide experience and reference for many followers of the remote sharing service of people’s livelihood archives in my country.By visiting the official information portals and official We Chat accounts of more than ten municipal archives in Anhui Province,the author investigates the current situation of remote services for people’s livelihood archives in Anhui Province,analyzes and summarizes the collected data,and summarizes Anhui Province’s development of remote services for people’s livelihood archives.The achievements in service are as follows: firstly,the digitization rate of people’s livelihood archives in the municipal comprehensive archives is relatively high;secondly,the shared platform has been realized to facilitate the cross-library inquiry of the people’s livelihood archives in the province;The fourth is to realize the integration of the people’s livelihood archives into the Yangtze River Delta integrated file search platform.The main problems are: first,the types of people’s livelihood archives are different;the second is the different degrees of digitization of the people’s livelihood archives resources;the third is the digital archives resource sharing platform The docking standards are not uniform;fourth,the remote sharing of people’s livelihood files outside the Yangtze River Delta region needs to be strengthened.Based on this,the author proposes from deepening comprehensive coordination and enriching the types of people’s livelihood archives resources;strengthening overall planning and improving the digitization rate of people’s livelihood archives;unifying the docking standards and completing the docking of resource sharing platforms;focusing on inter-provincial cooperation and realizing multi-province inspection of people’s livelihood archives.Optimization strategy of remote service of people’s livelihood archives in Anhui Province.
