Research On The Path Of Investment Mechanism Optimization Of N City,H District Under The Background Of Integration Of The Yangtze River Delta

Since the reform and opening up,investment attraction has become the main means of our governments to promote local economic and social development.It is an important practical issue for local government to optimize investment attraction in the background of Yangtze River Delta integration.It is directly related to the speed and quality of regional economic development and of great significance to the Yangtze River Delta integration development.H District of N City has always attached great importance to investment attraction,and has the advantages of location,industrial base,transportation and government service level integrated into the Yangtze River Delta,with good conditions for integration.However,in the context of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,H District of N City faces three new requirements in terms of investment attraction:shifting its focus to emerging industries,urgently strengthening the "rooted" of the industrial chain,and urgently improving the R&D strength of leading enterprises.There are also five major problems:local administrative interests and conflicts still exist,it is difficult to form a good industrial complementation,resource utilization needs to be improved,industrial cooperation mechanism needs to be improved,and regional development imbalance is prominent.Based on the reality and focusing on problem solving,this paper chooses the investment promotion work of H District in N city as the research object.Starting from the optimization of investment promotion ideas and specific mechanisms of H District in N city,this area should build a service-oriented government and improve the allocation of factors.Actively integrate into the integration process to achieve industrial support;Innovate advanced technology and vigorously develop science and technology;Expand the open platform,improve the level of openness and take the initiative to cooperate with each other,and realize industrial iteration and upgrading.At the same time,the specific path should be close contact with Suzhou,expand the intensity of opening to the outside world;Strengthen exchanges with Changzhou to create a sound business environment;Learn from the experience of Songjiang Technology Innovation,improve the innovation ability.
