Research On Regional Cooperation Legislation In The Yangtze River Delta

China's economic development has made remarkable achievements since the reform and opening up, the phenomenon of regional economic and social integration appeared during economic development, to promote this integration trend our country made lots of regional development planning. Lawmaking should be the first step of regional development, as a new practice in our country,regional cooperation legislation has important research and practical value. Based on the legitimacy and necessity of regional collaboration, this paper carries out empirical analysis about present situation of the Yangtze River Delta region's legislation collaboration,and comes up with pertinence suggestions combined with the experiences of foreign and domestic regional cooperation.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter analyzes the value of the regional collaboration legislation,simply introduces the regional legislation from the aspect of it's connotation, emphatically clarifies the value of legislation from the aspect of it's necessity ,and analyzes the legitimacy support of the regional legislative according to the constitution and legislative law. The second chapter is the core content of this article, this chapter carries out empirical analysis about the Yangtze River Delta region's cooperation legislation from legal perspective, firstly introduces the content and form of the Yangtze River Delta region's cooperation legislation,and then points out the problems existing in the Yangtze river region's cooperation legislation from different aspects. The third chapter mainly introduces the regional collaboration's characteristics aboard and the basic situation of our country's collaboration legislation, then points out the places worthy of learning from those experience. The fourth part mainly puts forward some opinions and thinking about perfecting the Yangtze River Delta region's legislation.As one of the most developed areas in our country, the process of the Yangtze River Delta region's integration has demonstration and guiding function across the country. There are many obstacles and contradictions exist in the practice of the Yangtze River Delta region's cooperation legislation. This paper's deeper research significance is to provide solutions to Coordinate differences in the Yangtze River Delta region's legislation, and to promote the development of the Yangtze River Delta region's integration of law by the way of seeking common points while putting aside differences.
