| How to increase the proportion of rural students entering key universities has always been an important issue that the whole society has paid close attention to.It is for this purpose that the three major special policies have been introduced.It is not only a new practical education compensation policy,but also an extremely critical public policy.During the policy implementation adjustment period and the policy implementation stabilization period,rural students will become the focus.Universities are a great help.In fact,from the perspective of long-term practical results,poverty is the biggest obstacle to its educational development,and the economic conditions of rural areas are far behind that of urban areas,and the two cannot achieve equality in educational resources alone.Based on this,the state has begun to plan for poverty alleviation,and has successively introduced preferential policies for enrollment,hoping to vigorously ensure the education opportunities for rural students and promote education equity between urban and rural areas.In the process of continuous policy adjustment,the inclination has been fully paid attention to,which has effectively increased the proportion of rural students in key colleges and universities,made the fair selection of talents implemented,and promoted the fairness of enrollment opportunities between urban and rural areas.Based on the “Policy to Increase the Proportion of Rural Students Enrolling in Key Universities ” issued in the past ten years,this paper concludes through a comparative analysis of its classification that the relevant policy plans issued in my country are mainly aimed at candidates in rural areas and remote and poor counties,providing them with certain program quota.During the implementation period of the policy,it has been continuously adjusted and improved,so that the implementation scale has gradually increased,the coverage area has gradually expanded,the channels for further education have been expanded,and the inclination has gradually increased.In addition,it has achieved good results that the proportion of rural students in key universities has increased year by year,and rural students have achieved good individual development in colleges and universities,further promoting comprehensive modern education.The "Policy to Increase the Proportion of Rural Students Enrolling in Key Universities" aims to better evenly distribute educational resources and improve equity.However,due to the misunderstanding of the concept of education fairness in my country,the imperfect supporting policies,and the uneven distribution of local educational resources,a series of problems such as difficult policy promotion process,imperfect policy supervision mechanism,and "new situation" after policy implementation,making it difficult for policy implementation to achieve the set goals.Based on the above,this paper tries to put forward suggestions from three aspects:optimizing the content of the policy,improving the policy supervision and evaluation mechanism,and how to promote the accurate compensation of the admissions policy,in order to improve the comprehensiveness,effectiveness and pertinence of the policy,and promote education fairness in our country.development of. |
