The group school running mode began with the famous school running strategy of Hangzhou municipal government in the early 21 st century,which has been nearly20 years.Since 2015,the Beijing Municipal Commission of education has begun to encourage all districts and counties to use the practice of group running schools to assist the further development and growth of primary and secondary schools whose teaching governance level is temporarily lagging behind,and constantly supplement the best education and teaching resources to reduce the difference management level between primary and secondary schools;At the same time,teachers’ groups are also encouraged to carry out education and school running across districts and counties,help urban primary schools use this method to increase excellent teaching resources to rural primary schools,and support the progress of rural schools.Starting from the current situation of group school running in the stage of compulsory education in Chaoyang District,Beijing,this thesis will analyze the effectiveness of group school running at present,make an in-depth exploration of group school running in the stage of compulsory education in Chaoyang District,Beijing by using the theory of educational equity,case study method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,and explore the school running situation and current situation of group school running in the stage of compulsory education in Chaoyang District,Beijing,And provide some related method suggestions.This study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the relevant background of group school running,the current research results and the research significance of this thesis.The second chapter introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis of this thesis.The third chapter introduces the operation mode,characteristics and influence of group school running.The fourth chapter introduces the current situation and results of group school running in the stage of compulsory education in Chaoyang District.The fifth chapter analyzes the current problems and causes.The sixth chapter provides reference through typical cases at home and abroad.In the last chapter,through the summary of the previous article,it provides optimization strategies for the follow-up group school running road and improves the school running effect. |
