In recent years,with the expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in China,the number of college graduates in China has shown an increasing trend,which makes the already severe internal employment environment more worrying.In addition,the international environment has become more challenging and unstable due to the impact of the global COVID-19 outbreak.As a result,the development speed of China’s domestic economy has to gradually slow down and there are many uncertainties,the employment of graduates by unprecedented challenges.In today’s new economic era,human resources play an increasingly important role in economic development and become the key to a country’s development.While the expansion of colleges and universities provides a large number of talents for the society and the market,employers are constantly improving the standards of employment in order to attract talents,which makes the situation of "High education consumption" increasingly serious,so the reform of education evaluation is an inevitable choice.In the process of improvement "High education consumption",the relevant government departments should shoulder the responsibility and use the guiding function of educational evaluation to guide the society to treat the development and application of human resources rationally and scientifically,only by allocating personnel and posts in accordance with scientific and reasonable principles can human resources truly show their own ability,stimulate the enthusiasm of talents,improve their innovation vitality,and promote better economic development.The era have entrusted to the new orientation and significance of human resources,more and more people realize the importance of human resources,but the current human resource selection and application of the method is not reasonable,can hinder the pace of economic development in our country,so the research how to better play the role of human resources,to achieve the reasonable allocation of talent is not only the pressing needs of the reality,It is the inevitable choice to realize educational evaluation reform.In this paper,on the basis of management,and combining with many subjects such as politics,economics of education,journalism,basic theory and basic methods combined with literature analysis,comparative research and so on as the research methods of this article,under the background of education evaluation reform closely around the theme of "High education consumption" research and analysis.Starting from the negative impact of "High education consumption" on the society,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem,and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the problem.The main content of the article has three aspects.First,define the standard of "High education consumption",and summarize the main current situation of "high education consumption" in China and its adverse impact on society,resources,economy,education,employment and other aspects by collecting and sorting out relevant data.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the problem of "high education consumption" from the aspects of labor market,talent allocation,talent training system,concept of employment and employment.Third,from the employment mechanism,the mechanism of choose and employ persons,the labour market and higher education and the education evaluation guide five Angle put forward the corresponding improvement strategy in detail,provide reference to improve the problem of "High education consumption",make the use of human resources in the future will be able to get better,improve the quality of employment in our country,promote the development of society,economy,education of high quality,develop the positive effect of talent resources.
