Study On The Impact Of Equalization Of Public Service In Yangtze River Basin On The Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy

Based on the background of common prosperity,the pursuit of regional coordinated development is a necessary requirement for the current pursuit of the road to common prosperity.China has pursued the development of special economic zones since the beginning of the reform,and on the one hand,China’s economic development has significantly improved;on the other hand,the development of only a few scattered cities with a large amount of resources has caused unbalanced development in the east,middle and west,and in addition,the Yangtze River Economic Zone is the core area of China’s national development strategy,so naturally the coordinated regional economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone area is also of great concern.At present,the national promotion of industrial transfer industrial construction and increased support for fiscal policies in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are beginning to show results,but coordinated economic development has not been achieved within the region.Therefore,considering the limitation that the current policies for promoting coordinated development are lagging behind and cannot be implemented in a short period of time,it is necessary to find a new perspective to drive coordinated development.The main research content of this paper is paper is based on the main idea of“theoretical analysis-indicator measurement-empirical analysis-conclusions and policy recommendations ".Secondly,the theory is used as a basis to study the influence mechanism of the equalization of basic public services on the coordinated development of regional economies and to provide support for the subsequent theoretical model and research results.Finally,we create a model to assess the impact of basic public service equality on coordinated regional economic growth and use the labor mismatch and per capita income distribution as mediating variables to test the mechanism,which confirms that the equalization of basic public services in the Yangtze River Economic Zone has an impact on the coordinated regional economic development.The empirical findings are summarized,and policies and recommendations corresponding to the findings are proposed.This paper’s key analysis and findings are as follows: First,the measure index of the level of coordinated regional economic growth is established in this research.The economic connection coefficient,the difference coefficient of economic growth rate and the economic level difference coefficient are integrated into the regional economic coordinated development level index,The results show that:(1)in the analysis period from 2008 to 2019,the Yangtze River Economic Belt region has relatively close economic ties,The difference in regional economic growth rate is basically a "M" type distribution,Regional economic differences basically show a decreasing trend.(2)In the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the overall level of coordinated economic development is roughly 0.9.In a relatively coordinated state,Guizhou province is near the 0.7 level.Secondly,the strategy of combining subjective and objective calculation is adopted to construct the development index system of the equalization of basic public services,and the difference of public services in the region is measured by the Thier index.The results show that since 2009,the Thai index in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is generally small,and it is generally high to assess the equalization of basic public services;except in Yunnan province,the basic public services are relatively low.Finally,an empirical regression is carried out on the level of equalization of basic public services to the level of coordinated development of regional economy.and it is found that the higher the equalization,the higher the coordinated economic development.The Yangtze river economic belt regional basic public service equalization of the regional economic coordinated development is significant positive relationship,according to the empirical results,this significant positive relationship is only in the upstream and downstream basin,public service also by promoting reasonable flow,reduce income distribution to promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
