Research On The Supervision Of Security Service Industry Under The Service-oriented Policing Mode

The development of high and new technologies such as the Internet and artificial intelligence has led to great changes in the field of public administration in countries around the world,which has led to the reform of public administration in various countries.The department adjusted its functional management in a timely manner to transform it into a service-oriented government,and determined the reform model goal of building a service-oriented police model.Our country is facing a new environment and new challenges,especially in the context of the 2020 COVID-19 epidemic,which is a huge challenge for the motherland,society and people.It is the basic requirement for our country’s service-oriented policing mode to ensure social security and people’s safety.Forming a public security governance model in which government functions and market functions coexist,giving full play to the role of social resources,especially the security service industry,and optimizing the service-oriented police model,can provide the people with good security services and security guarantees.As an important part of the maintenance of urban public security environment,the security service industry is one of the key forces in the social security.Economic and other aspects have played an important role.In the fight against the epidemic,the security service industry is also striving on the front line,playing an important role in the people’s security line of defense.However,at present,there are many problems in the maintenance of public security in the security industry,such as insufficient specialization of security team construction and serious personnel loss.Therefore,it is of great significance to study several problems existing in the work of the public security organs in the supervision of the security service industry for improving the grass-roots security governance,coordinating the marketization of security service products,and fully mobilizing social participation to achieve the goal of a healthy and orderly social security.The supervision of the security service industry in Tianjin is very similar to that of other large and medium cities in my country.This paper takes Tianjin as the research object city,and conducts in-depth research on the supervision and management of the security service industry under the service-oriented policing mode,which can not only provide experience for promoting the healthy and orderly development of the security service industry in Tianjin,but also provide national public security organs for security services.The supervision and management of the service industry provides practical cases for reference.On the other hand,it can also provide a useful reference for the relevant government departments of our country to other large and medium cities across the country on how to create a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
