Ministry of Public Security announced to launch the reform of "releasing management service" of the public security traffic control system in an all-round way,which was an early attempt both in the whole country and among all departments,explored problems and accumulated useful experience.Starting from the specific fields of the public security traffic police system,the study systematically investigates the problems existing in the reform process of "release","management" and "service",conducts differentiated demonstration and identification,and seeks for precise strategies to improve the reform of "release management service",which is not only conducive to improving the reform efficiency of "release management service" of the public security traffic police system,but also conducive to providing useful reference for the reform of other departments(industries).Specifically speaking,the study takes the Public Security Traffic Police Department of G city as the research object,combs the relevant measures and achievements made by the Public Security Traffic Police Department of G City in the process of promoting the reform of public security traffic management "deregulation service",deeply analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by the public Security Traffic Police Department of G City in the process of the reform of traffic management "deregulation service",based on the analysis of the reasons,from the simplification of administration to decentralization,innovation supervision and optimization of services and other aspects of deepening and improving the reform of countermeasures and suggestions 。 First,we will further streamline administration and delegate power,and activate the management autonomy of grass-roots traffic control institutions.The public security traffic control department shall,in accordance with the requirements of streamlining administration and delegating power,simplify the work process from top to bottom and reduce the examination and approval links;reasonably arrange the branch offices of traffic control,improve the overall service level of county-level traffic control offices,reasonably delegate
