Research On The Construction Of Chinese Rural Grass-roots Organization Community Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and rural revitalization is an important way to achieve common prosperity.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.Among them,organizational revitalization is not only one of the goals,but also an important guarantee for rural revitalization.Therefore,how to conduct organizational revitalization under the background of rural revitalization and improve the governance system of grass-roots organizations has become an urgent problem to be solved.This study answers the questions of what is community,what is community of grassroots organizations and how to build community of grassroots organizations.This study believes that community is an equal and open relationship structure composed of actors,and the community of grass-roots organizations is regarded as a derivative concept of community theory.It is an equal,open and sharing relationship structure composed of formal or informal organizations related to rural development,and the relationship structure refers to equal participation,open and sharing,and co-existence of interests.This study takes A Village in Y City as an example to conduct empirical analysis on the construction of a rural grassroots organizational community,and delves into the main grassroots organizations and their relationship elements involved in village operation.The study found that in the context of rural revitalization,there is a widespread phenomenon of organized community at the grass-roots level,which is manifested in the fragmentation of value concepts,the lack of trust mechanism among subjects,and the imperfect interest matching mechanism among subjects.For this reason,first,we need to reconstruct the value concepts.By constructing a discourse field to reconstruct the discourse system;Building a harmonious home by creating a shared vision;By valuing public values and enhancing public spirit.The second is to build a balance of differences.Clarify the power and responsibility relationship between subjects through empowerment.Establish an incentive mobilization mechanism through awarding.Empowering to unleash the internal potential of an organization.The third is to build a long-term mechanism.By building a trust mechanism,gather the joint efforts of multiple parties;By establishing an interactive mechanism,information sharing can be achieved;Properly respond to the new situation by building an adaptation mechanism;By creating an integration mechanism,we aim to enhance overall efficiency.Thus laying the foundation for building a vibrant community of grassroots organizations in rural China,promoting organizational revitalization,and assisting in rural revitalization.
