Study On Creating Child Friendly Cities Of Changsha City

As early as 2015,Changsha took the lead in putting forward the idea of creating a child-friendly city,and included it into the top-level design such as Changsha 2050 Vision Development Strategic Plan,and formulated a three year action plan in 2018.After several years of exploration and practice,Changsha has made great progress in public policy,public service and public space,and has built a child-friendly urban governance system integrating the government and society,establish child friendly collusion sharing pattern,create domestic child-friendly city"Changsha model".But,There is still a certain gap between Changsha and becoming an international child-friendly city certified by the United Nations,In this context,With the construction of a child-friendly city in Changsha as the research theme,On the basis of summarizing the present situation at home and abroad,and introducing the concept and connotation,the construction of children-friendly city and analyzes the existing problems and study the causes of the problems.In order to put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem and promote the construction of child-friendly city in Changsha,the author analyzes the successful experience of child-friendly city construction which has passed the United Nations certification,compares and analyzes the construction practice of building child-friendly city in China,and draws the lessons for reference.According to the problems and causes,combined with the experience at home and abroad,the author proposed from the children’s rights protection mechanism,perfect children’s participation mechanism,improve children’s living environment,perfect the child friendly working mechanism,give full play to the positive role of the main body,further enhance "policy friendly,service friendly,space friendly" level,strive to build a"safe,fun,fair" international child-friendly city.
