Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Creating Women-and-Children Friendly City In Bao'an District

With the acceleration of urbanization,major cities have gradually changed from extensive management to refined management in urban management.By continuously improving the livability and openness of cities,they have attracted talents to settle down,which has led to a domestic battle for talents between major cities.Some cities in China began to look at the world and benchmark the city's construction and development goals against world standards.In order to enhance the city's attractiveness and competitiveness,and to better integrate children into urban development,major cities in the country are scrambling to put forward the vision and goals of building a child-friendly city.In recent years,Shenzhen,which is at the forefront of reform and opening up,has taken the pace of building a child-friendly city.In response to the call for the construction of a child-friendly city,Bao'an has proposed the concept of a women-and-child friendly city for the first time in the international and domestic areas in accordance with their own work requirements and local urban construction needs.Through a series of positive and beneficial explorations,it has achieved fruitful results,promoted the innovative development of women's career and women's work,realized the diversified development of children's educational resources,the continuous improvement of women's and children's medical and health service systems,the enrichment of women's and children's public cultural and sports service resources.The living environment of children is becoming more comfortable and livable,the basic guarantee of women and children's social welfare is becoming more and more perfect,the legitimate rights and interests of women and children are effectively maintained,and the construction of women and children-friendly urban space is promising.However,due to the late start and weak foundation,it also faces major problems such as insufficient public service guarantee,space environment to be optimized,public service system to be improved,and long-term participation mechanism to be established.This paper focuses on the construction process of women-and-children friendly urban areas in Bao'an District,explores the problems encountered in its development,the reasons for the analysis,and put forward the countermeasures of four aspects:public service guarantee action,space optimization and expansion action,public service improvement action,and social participation action.
