Research On The The Development Of The Human Resource Of The China Democratic League Of City C

With the continuous reform and innovation of the country’s political system,the development of democratic parties has encountered some new problems and new situations.The "Minutes of the Central Organization Development Conference of All Democratic Parties" provides development principles and policies for the new situations and new problems in the development of democratic parties and organizations,which requires that the democratic parties should take into account the characteristics of the party and the quality of personnel while developing new members.Therefore,in order to promote the stable development of the CPPCC system,it is necessary to solve the problem of absorbing new blood in organizational development and to improve the level of self-construction.The Committee of China Democratic League of C City has obtained several achievements in the talent development,such as the rapid growth in the number of new members,the enhancement of the educational level of all members,the improvement of the political quality.These accomplishments are achieved by taking measures such as broadening access to members,conducting member quality training,and building a platform for maintaining members.At the same time,there are also many problems such as the low quality of some newly developed members,the imperfect development mechanism of members,insufficient incentives,and the insignificant role of the platform in maintaining members.The reasons which leads to the emergence of aforementioned problems include the inaccurate development orientation of new members,the lack of innovation in training members,the lack of talent recommendation and demand,and the platform working mechanism has not kept pace with the times.In view of this,this study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as clarifying the development orientation of new members,improving the development mechanism of alliance members,improving the success rate of recommendation,and reforming the working mechanism of platforms,so as to ensure that the China Democratic League of C City can continue to participate in the deliberation of state affairs,social services,democratic supervision,etc,and can play its role as an important role of the united front.This study may provide certain suggestions of the talent team construction for China Democratic League of C City and even other domestic democratic parties.
