"Cooperation Mode Between China Democratic League And Suining" And Its Deepening Research

In 1986,the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the RCD organized experts to support the economic construction of Suining.The "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining" between the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the RCD and the Suining Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government started immediately.Over the past 30 years,through the stages of promoting agriculture,industry,education,water conservancy,and green economy,the "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining" has expanded from the initial mode of project cooperation in individual fields to an all-round goal and task,boosting the rapid economic and social development of Suining,And formed the "Cooperation Mode between China Democratic League and Suining".This paper conducts an in-depth study of the "Cooperation Mode between China Democratic League and Suining",analyzes its limitations,puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,and further optimizes the "Cooperation Mode between China Democratic League and Suining",aiming to boost the "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining" to achieve higher quality results,and also provides reference and theoretical basis for the future NLD and democratic parties to help local governments play their public management functions to promote local economic development.The "Cooperation Mode between China Democratic League and Suining" studied in this paper refers to the cooperation model with typical characteristics and exemplary experience enlightenment between the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee of the NLD and the Suining Municipal Party Committee and the Suining Municipal People’s Government,which takes the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee of the NLD and the Suining Municipal Party Committee and the Suining Municipal People’s Government as the main body of cooperation,with the guidance of the NLD Central Committee and the assistance of many local NLD organizations,and focuses on boosting the economic and social development of Suining.Through sorting out the development process of "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining",systematically sorting out the practices and effects of "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining",analyzing its characteristics and experience enlightenment,and then summarizing the "Cooperation Mode between China Democratic League and Suining".At present,Suining’s economic and social development has entered a new era and a new stage.In the new era and new journey,in the face of new situations and new requirements,there are still some limitations and constraints in the "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining".Through summing up experience,based on actual analysis of reality,we propose to strengthen and improve the "Cooperation between China Democratic League and Suining" approach,deepen the "Cooperation Mode between China Democratic League and Suining",and promote the high-quality economic and social development of Suining in a more effective way,It also provides practical reference for the broader multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the CPC.
