Research On The Integration Level And Influencing Factors Of Business Environment In The Yangtze River Delta

As China’s economic growth enters a new stage,the development of the business environment has gradually become the focus of attention and research of local governments.The evaluation and impact study of the regional business environment has also become a hot topic of high concern to the government,society and the public,and has increasingly attracted the attention of the academic and political circles.Now,China is in a new historical period of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes that we should improve the basic system of market economy such as property rights protection and market access,and optimize the business environment;We will create a market-oriented,law-based and international first-class business environment.The "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" takes creating a world-class business environment as the main goal and task of the government’s future development.In the new stage of development,only by creating a better business environment can we achieve sustained and healthy economic and social development,thus further boosting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,based on the scientific and objective evaluation of the regional business environment,putting forward the countermeasures for the construction and optimization of the business environment in the Yangtze River Delta,and further promoting the integrated development of the business environment in the Yangtze River Delta is a problem worthy of study,and has important practical significance.This paper takes three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta as the specific research object.By constructing the regional business environment evaluation index system,using the entropy method to calculate the business environment score,using the principal component analysis and constructing the regression model,the empirical analysis draws the following conclusions:(1)As for the business environment as a whole,the development level of the business environment in the three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta has an obvious upward trend in2012-2021,However,there are obvious regional differences.The comprehensive scores of the business environment in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai are significantly better than those in Anhui.(2)In terms of various business sub-environments,the differences in government services and public services in the Yangtze River Delta are not significant,while there are significant differences between the market environment,scientific and technological innovation,financial environment,legal environment and social environment,which is the main reason for the differences in business environment between provinces and cities.Therefore,regional governments need to continuously optimize these indicators to improve the balanced development level of the business environment of all provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta.(3)The soft environment,social environment and natural ecological factors have a significant positive impact on the integrated development of business environment in the Yangtze River Delta.Compared with the hard environmental factors such as social environment and natural ecology,the soft environment in the Yangtze River Delta has a greater impact and promotion on the integrated development of regional business environment.Finally,according to the research conclusions,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the business environment in the Yangtze River Delta:when promoting the construction of business environment,three provinces and one city should learn from each other,seek common progress,and promote the overall improvement of the regional business environment;All provinces and cities should actively benchmark and make full use of their own development advantages,and pay attention to complementing their weaknesses;For the business sub-environment with obvious differences,the region should take measures to improve the development level of each sub-environment according to local conditions;Focusing on the improvement of the soft environment and based on the construction of social environment and natural ecology,we will work together to promote the development level of business environment integration in the Yangtze River Delta.Figure [6] table [8] reference [54]...
