| The essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is that Chinese society develops in a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable way so that all members of society fully enjoy the dividends of reform and development.However,in order to achieve common prosperity,the most arduous and onerous task lies in the countryside,and so does its greatest potential and potential.Under the current situation of slowing economic growth and severe external development environment,rural revitalization to stimulate domestic demand has become an inevitable choice to maintain the healthy and stable development of China’s economy and society.The "Yangtze River Delta" region is one of the regions with the most active economic development and the highest degree of openness in China.In terms of rural revitalization,the Yangtze River Delta region has always taken the lead in the country,but it is also one of the regions with relatively prominent urban-rural development contradictions.How to improve the resilience of rural areas in the Yangtze River Delta region in the face of external disturbances has become an important problem to be solved in the overall situation of China’s modernization.Based on the actual situation of rural development in the Yangtze River Delta region,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of rural resilience,introduces the basic concepts of rural resilience and rural resilience,and reviews the existing studies on rural resilience based on the concepts,influencing factors and analysis framework.The rural resilience evaluation index system was established from six aspects of natural capital,productive capital,human capital,social capital,financial capital and government efficiency,and the rural resilience evaluation model was constructed by using weighted TOPSIS method.The rural resilience index(RRI)was measured for 153 counties in the Yangtze River Delta region from2000 to 2019.The ranking and spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of it are clarified.Through the global spatial autocorrelation analysis and local spatial autocorrelation analysis,the global spatial correlation degree of rural toughness in the Yangtze River Delta region was measured,and the "cold spot" and "hot spot" of rural toughness in the study area were identified.Grey correlation analysis was used to determine the driving efficiency of each driving factor influencing the development of rural resilience.Through cluster analysis,all counties were divided into five types: natural capital dominant area,production capital dominant area,human capital dominant area,social-financial capital dominant area and general development area,and the sustainable development strategy guidance for different types of counties and villages was put forward.Based on the above research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Measurement results of rural resilience Index(RRI): From 2000 to 2019,from the perspective of rural resilience of counties in the Yangtze River Delta region,Kunshan,Jiangyin,Zhangjiagang and Taicang of Jiangsu Province,Yuhuan and Changxing of Zhejiang Province always ranked the top in terms of rural resilience level."From the" three provinces and one city country toughness evaluation,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Anhui rural gradual increase level of toughness was present,the Shanghai rural toughness level a lot more than three provinces,Zhejiang province rural toughness level is the most rapid growth,Jiangsu and Anhui province rural resilience level robust growth;In general,the rural resilience level showed a process from low level of homogeneity to high level of heterogeneity and then to higher level of homogeneity during the study period.The areas with high level of rural resilience were concentrated in southern Jiangsu and northern Zhejiang,while the whole Anhui Province and southern Zhejiang were low level of rural resilience.(2)Exploratory spatial data analysis results: According to the global spatial autocorrelation measurement results,the resilience level of rural areas in the Yangtze River Delta region has obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics at the beginning of this century;From 2000 to 2010,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of rural resilience became weaker.From 2010 to 2019,the spatial agglomeration characteristics became stronger again,indicating that the "polarization" phenomenon of rural resilience in the Yangtze River Delta region was obvious at this time.According to the results of local spatial autocorrelation,the spatial distribution of rural hot spots of toughness shifted from Jiangsu province to Zhejiang Province,while the spatial distribution of rural cold spots of toughness shifted from Zhejiang Province to Anhui Province.(3)Classification results of rural development types: The natural capital dominated areas were mainly concentrated in northern Jiangsu and Anhui;The production capital is mainly concentrated in the middle of Zhejiang Province.The leading regions of human capital are mainly concentrated in Anhui Province,and scattered in northern Jiangsu and southern Zhejiang.Most of the social-financial capital regions are distributed in south Jiangsu and north Zhejiang.Common development area is the most common type of rural development,mainly distributed in the southwest of the Yangtze River Delta region.(4)Rural sustainable development classification guidelines: Aiming at the natural capital-dominated countryside,we should cultivate the advantages of rural ecological resources and develop rural ecological economy;Aiming at the countryside dominated by production capital,we should promote the modernization of agricultural production and build the model of agricultural whole industry chain.For rural areas dominated by human capital,basic education and vocational education should be strengthened to promote rural non-agricultural employment transfer.In view of the society-financial capital-dominated countryside,we should optimize the rural grass-roots governance mode and perfect the rural financial service system.For ordinary developed-type villages,local characteristic industries should be developed,villagers should be encouraged to return home to start businesses,and new types of professional farmers should be cultivated. |
