Research On The Connection Between Specialty Setting Of Tianjin Higher Vocational Colleges And Industrial Structure

Vocational education is the type of education most closely related to economic development and is important to serving regional economic and social development,improving and guaranteeing people’s livelihood.The new situation of economic transformation and upgrading and the expansion of employment and entrepreneurship has put forward new requirements for higher vocational education to continuously promote the integration of industry and education,deepen the supply-side structural reform of human resources,and promote the professional setting of higher vocational colleges to closely match the regional industrial layout,promote education chain,chain and industrial chain of talents,innovation chain organically links.This paper studies the connection between specialty setting of Tianjin higher vocational colleges and industrial structure from the perspective of Industry-education integration.On the basis of the research situation,based on annual data monitoring platform for higher vocational colleges,higher vocational quality report,the national economic and social development of Tianjin statistical bulletin,Tianjin statistical yearbook data,research the connection situation of higher vocational specialties and industry structure in Tianjin from two levels as the whole industry and key areas.Find the problems existing in the connection between the professional setting of Tianjin higher vocational colleges and the industrial structure,including the connection between specialties setting and industrial layout is not precise enough,the high-level specialties group that can effectively connect the high-end of the industry is not enough,the connection between specialties setting and industrial layout is not forward-looking,and the participation of industry and industry in running higher vocational colleges is not high.And fully analyze the cause of the problem.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are found to deepen the connection between vocational specialty setting and industrial structure in Tianjin: at the government level,explore the release system of relevant basic data and information,give precise guidance to the establishment of specialties in higher vocational colleges,and improve the evaluation and withdrawal mechanisms for specialty development;At the level of colleges,the professional setting of industrial development planning should be coordinated,and the professional group should be built for the industrial chain,teachers and training bases should be built based on industrial needs.In collaboration with industry and education,it is necessary to clarify the main responsibility of enterprises participating in vocational education running,promote the construction of vocational education teaching steering committee,and broaden the path for enterprises participating in vocational education running.
