Study On The Practical Path Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Leading The Construction Of Rural Style And Civilization

The civilisation of the countryside is essentially the construction of rural spiritual civilisation,reflecting the continuous development of the material and cultural construction of rural areas and the continuous civilisation of the thinking and behaviour of the peasants,seeking to build a new rural ethos and the spiritual outlook of the peasants.As an important part of rural revitalization,the effectiveness of the construction of rural style civilization directly affects the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Grasping party building for rural revitalization also means that rural style civilization needs to be led by grass-roots party organizations,and the leading role of rural grass-roots party organizations affects the process of building rural style civilization to a certain extent.It can be seen that grass-roots party organisations play an important role in promoting the construction of rural civilisation,and the demonstration and leadership of rural grass-roots party organisations can,to a certain extent,accelerate the pace of the construction of rural civilisation.This paper firstly identifies the core concepts and elaborates on the concepts and connotations of rural grassroots party organizations and the construction of rural civilization;secondly,it elaborates on the theoretical basis of rural grassroots party organizations leading the construction of rural civilization,which provides profound theoretical support for the study of this paper.Taking Lankao and Xixia counties as case studies,combined with interviews and field surveys,the basic ways in which rural grassroots party organisations lead the construction of rural civilisation and the results achieved are summarised by comparing the current situation of the construction of rural civilisation in villages in the eastern plain of Henan and the mountainous areas of western Henan.However,there are still some problems in the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations leading the civilization of the countryside.They mainly include the imperfect construction of grass-roots party organisations,differences in the economic and cultural development of villages;the incomplete play of the main role of villagers and the lack of endogenous motivation;and the lack of a long-term mechanism to promote the construction of rural style civilisation,relying only on the promotion of external forces,all of which affect the process of building rural style civilisation to a certain extent.On this basis,this study also proposes corresponding countermeasures: to play the political function and exemplary role of grassroots party organizations as the focus,to build a solid organizational guarantee for the construction of rural style civilization;to explore effective measures to narrow the gap between the construction of rural style civilization in villages in terms of rural characteristic industries,collective economic development and the historical and cultural characteristics of villages themselves;to enhance the endogenous power of the main body of rural style civilization construction from the inner consciousness of villagers;to establish a sound long-term mechanism for the construction of rural style civilization in terms of financial investment,management assessment and talent introduction.
