Research On The Practice Path Of Rural Vitalization Led By Grass-Roots Party Organizations In The New Era

The 19 th National Congress of the CPC proposed to implement the rural revitalization strategy and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.At the Party’s 20 th National Congress,it was proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and give priority to agricultural and rural development.Rural revitalization is in essence rural economic and social construction,related to rural economic development,social harmony and stability,the improvement of farmers’ lives,is a concrete embodiment of rural material civilization construction and spiritual civilization construction.Primary-level Party organizations,as the fighting fortress of the Party in social primary-level organizations,undertake the important task of leading rural revitalization in the new era.Taking T Town in Central Plains as an example,this paper discusses the experience and deficiencies in the process of rural revitalization led by grass-roots party organizations in the new era,and tries to put forward optimization countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the core concepts and expounds the concepts and connotations of rural grass-roots party organizations and rural revitalization.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis of rural grass-roots Party organizations leading rural revitalization,which provides solid theoretical support for this study.Taking T Town in Central China as an example,this paper combined with interviews and field investigations,and discussed the current situation of rural revitalization led by grass-roots Party organizations in T Town in Central China,summarized the basic ways of rural grass-roots Party organizations in the process of rural revitalization,and found that they cultivated rural leaders to get rich,carried out civilized family selection activities,cultivated village-run enterprises,and innovated working methods.It has achieved such achievements as the development of rural industry,the demonstration of rural culture,the improvement of living environment and the continuous improvement of life quality.However,there are still some problems in the process of rural vitalization led by rural grass-roots Party organizations,such as insufficient ability to lead rural development,insufficient innovation to lead industrial development,serious homogeneity of allocation of public resources,rigid thinking of rural governance and weak consciousness of building beautiful countryside.In view of the common problems existing in the process of rural revitalization led by grass-roots Party organizations,the author puts forward the corresponding optimization path: through strengthening the guarantee of political organizations,promoting economic and industrial development,improving public cultural services,improving effective rural governance,strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and other measures,improve the ability of rural grass-roots Party organizations to lead rural revitalization,and help rural revitalization as soon as possible.
