Research On The Political Function And Realization Path Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

If the nation wants to rejuvenate,the countryside must be revitalized.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major policy decision and deployment made by the Party Central Committee on the work of "three rural areas" and an inevitable requirement for realizing agricultural and rural modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that we should adhere to the clear orientation of vigorously grasping the grassroots level,grasp party building to promote rural revitalization,and enhance the political and organizational functions of party organizations.Strengthening political functions is an important focus for building strong party organizations.Rural grassroots party organizations are the leaders,organizers and implementers of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,and the exertion of their political functions is related to the party’s centripetal force,cohesion and combat effectiveness in rural areas,which in turn directly affects the effectiveness of rural revitalization.Carrying out research on the political functions of rural grassroots party organizations and their realization paths is of great significance to consolidating the party’s position as the core of leadership in rural areas and promoting the smooth development of the party’s work in rural areas.Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper scientifically defines the connotation of rural revitalization and the political function of rural grassroots party organizations under the guidance of Marxist theory on the construction of rural grassroots party organizations and the relevant ideas on improving the political functions of grassroots party organizations,and clarifies the necessity of playing the political functions of rural grassroots party organizations.Using the historical research method,study and analyze the historical process of rural grassroots party organizations playing their political functions,and explore the historical experience contained in them in grasping the historical orientation,adjusting the positioning of political functions,building and strengthening the ranks of party members,strengthening ideological and political work,adhering to the mass line,rallying the strength of the peasant masses,strengthening self-construction,and improving the level of political leadership,so as to provide reference for improving the political functions of rural grassroots party organizations in the context of rural revitalization.By examining the basic status quo of the political function of rural grassroots party organizations in X Town,Chengdu,Sichuan Province,summarizing their achievements,and analyzing and concluding that strengthening the political functions of rural grassroots party organizations still faces difficulties such as insufficient political leadership,poor structure of party members,insufficient political propaganda,ineffective party organization construction,and inadequate political supervision,it is proposed that rural grassroots party organizations urgently need to strengthen political leadership,consolidate organizational construction,condense ideological consensus,improve transmission quality and efficiency,and other dilemmas.Strengthen political supervision,and then effectively give play to the political functions of rural grassroots party organizations,so that the party’s ruling position in rural areas will be more solid,and a strong guarantee will be provided for the realization of rural revitalization.
