Research On The Construction Of The Leadership Capacity Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The New Era

Rural grassroots party organizations are the core of rural political leadership and the leading force in rural economic and social development.Their leadership ability has a great impact on the development of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.Improving the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations can help improve their own level and drive the quality of rural construction and development.In the context of rural revitalization,how to further enhance the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations,promote their construction of agriculture,rural modernization,livability,and beautiful rural areas,requires in-depth investigation and innovative theoretical exploration of the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations.This paper is divided into five parts for research.The first part summarizes the relevant concepts of the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations,analyzes and explains the main content of leadership ability.And taking the construction of contemporary rural grassroots organizations and the current situation of rural development as the research entry point,research methods such as literature analysis,on-site investigation,and qualitative analysis were used to conduct research.The leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations was summarized into four aspects: political leadership,ideological leadership,organizational guidance,and mass appeal.The second part proposes an important discussion on the construction of the leadership capacity of rural grassroots party organizations.The third part takes X County,Henan Province as an example to investigate the current situation of the leadership capacity of rural grassroots party organizations.It summarizes the significant achievements in building the leadership capacity of rural grassroots party organizations in terms of political leadership,ideological guidance,organizational guidance,and public appeal.It also identifies existing problems,such as the shortcomings and weaknesses of rural grassroots party organizations themselves,and insufficient organizational capacity construction.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations.A thorough analysis was conducted on the problems of insufficient precision and strength in the construction of political leadership,lack of necessary cultural support in the construction of ideological leadership,inadequate effectiveness in the construction of organizational guidance,and insufficient attraction to the masses in the construction of grassroots party organizations in rural areas.The fifth part provides an in-depth analysis of the strategies for building the leadership capacity of rural grassroots party organizations.The preliminary research conclusions include the construction of political leadership in highlighting the solution of practical problems,the construction of ideological leadership in enhancing the cultural confidence of farmers,the construction of organizational guidance in persistently standardizing efforts,and the construction of mass appeal in enhancing the harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses.I hope this study can enrich the research on the leadership ability of rural grassroots party organizations,and provide certain reference for the practice of strengthening the leadership ability construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the new era.
