| In the new era and a new journey,if we want to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way and build a strong agricultural country,we must solve the problem of weak links in the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the fundamental problem in the process of China’s socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is the key link of taking the road of Chinese modernization.Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and is the guiding ideology for us to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Therefore,we must strengthen the research of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization.In addition to the introduction,the paper mainly includes three parts.The first part mainly expounds the formation of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization.From the perspective of the time background,the agriculture and farmers explain the environment of the new situation and the country’s development of the thought of rural development and the thought on rural development.The second part mainly introduces the main contents of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization.The main contents of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization include the inevitability of rural revitalization,the task of rural revitalization,the practical path of rural revitalization and the significance of promoting rural revitalization.This paper discusses the inevitability of rural revitalization from the perspective of agricultural and rural modernization development,reshaping urban-rural relations,the development needs of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,realizing the development goal of common prosperity and increasing farmers’ income.The task of rural revitalization is discussed from the perspectives of realizing agricultural and rural modernization,solving the imbalance and inadequacy of urban and rural development,building an agricultural power country by improving agricultural ecology,promoting the modernization of rural governance capacity and governance level,and promoting the revitalization of rural culture.This paper analyzes the practical path of rural revitalization from the aspects of strengthening the party’s leadership over rural work,strengthening personnel training and scientific and technological innovation to help smart agriculture,establishing and improving the system,mechanism and policy system of urban and rural integrated development,and strengthening the construction of rural ecological civilization.The significance of promoting rural revitalization is analyzed from the perspectives of accelerating the pace of agricultural and rural modernization,continuously narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas and between regions,solving the main contradictions of Chinese society in the new era and building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The third part mainly expounds the enlightenment brought by Xi Jinping’s important discourse on rural revitalization.This paper puts forward that in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,we must always strengthen the party’s leadership over rural work,make it clear that the key to rural revitalization lies in common prosperity,attach importance to the important supporting position of talents and science and technology in rural revitalization,and drive the development of rural revitalization with high-quality urbanization. |
