Research On The Current Situation And Long-term Mechanism Of Rural Revitalization Assisted By Short Videos For "Agriculture,Rural Areas And Farmers"

As a big agricultural country,the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" are widely concerned by the country.China’s war against poverty has achieved a comprehensive victory in 2021,and it is especially important to promote the sustainable development of rural areas.Due to the rapid development of the Internet,short videos on agriculture,rural areas and farmers" came into being,which is an emerging means of communication to convey information on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",It not only shows the rural life scene and new rural style of our country intuitively,spreads rural culture,but also gains benefits with the support of platform means of realization.In the new era,short videos on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" can better contribute to rural revitalization.Therefore,this paper analyzes the short video platforms represented by Douyin and Kuaishou as well as related short video accounts by literature research,case study and network ethnography,discusses the current situation of rural revitalization assisted by short videos on"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" from five aspects of industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization revitalization,and clarified the important value of short videos on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".However,in the process of promoting rural revitalization with short videos for "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",there are also problems such as Insufficient operation guarantee,limited creative development and content quality that needs to be improved.On the basis of "Use and Satisfaction theory","Polycentric governance theory" and "Participatory development theory",this paper puts forward relevant measures to establish government assistance mechanism,platform management mechanism and talent training mechanism,The purpose is to deeply explore the value of short videos about "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" from a long-term perspective.so as to better contribute to rural revitalization.Finally,it summarizes and prospects the content of the paper,expecting to provide more references for future research on short videos of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
