Research On The Reform Of National Supervision System In The New Era

As the most important political restructuring since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the reform of the National Supervision System in the New Era has established a new anti-corruption system and reshaped state power organs,providing an important institutional guarantee for building a clean and honest cadre team.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the supervision system has been promoted along with the continuous growth of the Party,from the initial intra-party supervision to the national supervision covering the supervision of all public officials.At present,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee,remarkable results have been achieved in the reform of the national supervision system,and the fight against corruption has won an overwhelming victory and been continuously consolidated.But with the new changes of domestic and international situation,the reform of national supervision system is also facing new problems and challenges.Therefore,by combing and analyzing the reform of our supervision system,it is necessary to find the cause of the problems in the reform of national supervision system and put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the supervision system related overview.At first,it explores the related concepts of supervision system and the origin of supervision theory,and then,through sorting and analyzing the development history of supervision system reform in our country,it is found that the evolution of supervision system in our country shows significant characteristics of path dependence and gradual transformation.The second part is the background,content and significance of national supervision system reform.It includes the operation background,main content and great significance of national supervision system reform.The third part is the state supervision system reform status analysis.Including the achievements of national supervision system reform,existing problems and problems of the reason analysis.The fourth part is to promote the national supervision system reform countermeasures and suggestions.The suggestions include five aspects: strengthening the Party’s leadership over the reform of the national supervision system,strengthening the connection between the supervision law and relevant regulations,strengthening the training of national supervisory personnel,strengthening the accountability mechanism of supervisory organs and improving the coordination mechanism with other state organs.
