Research On The Construction Of Smart City In S City

With the development of economy and the change of times,the development path of cities is gradually extending.Under the support of the new generation of information technology,smart cities have become an important choice to promote the high-speed operation of cities and provide high-quality services.In the era of information technology,smart cities make full use of the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,mobile Internet,spatial and geographic information integration and other new generation of information technologies,becoming a new path and model to promote the transformation of urban planning,construction,management and services to the smart direction.Through the organic combination of information technology and communication technology,smart city changes the way of urban governance,greatly improves the quality of urban governance,and provides an innovative development path for the contemporary society to innovate the mode of government governance,improve the people’s livelihood,optimize the market system,and promote economic transformation.As a new trend of urban development,smart city is a good medicine to solve the current urban development contradiction.We should base on the actual needs of the new era,meet the development requirements of The Times,and deeply explore the development mode of smart cities,so as to provide practical thinking for the construction of smart cities in China in the future.As an important pilot city of smart construction in Northeast China,S City has launched an active exploration of smart city construction in recent years.However,due to the limitations of its geographical location and its own development,S City also encounters many problems and obstacles in the process of smart city construction.This paper chooses Stephen Goldsmith’s network governance theory as the guiding theory,takes S City as the research object,collects and collates relevant literature and data of smart city,carries out field survey and visits,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,and based on the status quo of smart city construction in S City,The paper analyzes the specific problems existing in the construction of smart city in S City,and concludes that there are some problems in the construction process of smart city in S city,such as poor benefit of smart application scenarios,fragmented data forming information islands,confused construction process of smart projects,and greatly reduced implementation effect of smart transformation.The causes of the above problems are analyzed in depth,including poor network design of smart city construction,weak connection among smart city governance bodies,imperfect responsibility mechanism of smart city construction,and low capacity of smart city network construction bodies.Finally,based on the specific situation of S City and the problems and their causes,tailored optimization countermeasures are proposed from four aspects: reshaping the networked framework system of smart city,establishing communication and connection links among governance subjects,establishing and improving the responsibility and supervision mechanism of risk sharing,and improving the networked governance ability of various smart city subjects.It is hoped that this study will provide certain reference value for the construction of smart city in S City,broaden the urban development path and extend the research space.
