Research On Regional Difference And Dynamic Evolution Of Social Welfare And Its Impact On Enterprise Growth

At the beginning of the 21st century,China’s economy and society began to enter a period of comprehensive transformation.The imbalance between economic and social development,the gap between the rich and poor,regional disparities,social security,environmental pollution and a series of welfare-related problems have emerged on a large scale.The coverage of social welfare,expected functions and system design attracted wide attention.China’s economy is growing fast,steadily and continuously,and the government’s financial capacity is constantly expanding,which has laid a good economic foundation for the development of social welfare.In the critical period of our economic transformation,social welfare is also facing profound transformation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the situation of social welfare development,the differences between regions and the problems existing in the development of welfare.In the process of improving social welfare,some relevant policies and measures will touch the interests of enterprises and hinder their development.At the same time,areas with high welfare levels are also playing a positive role in attracting various factors and resources to boost the growth of enterprises.It is worth exploring whether there is a contrary relationship between improving social welfare and improving enterprise economic benefits and whether improving social welfare will hinder enterprise growth.This paper takes welfare demand as the guidance,relies on the inclusive social welfare system,base on Sen feasible capability theory to construct the social welfare index system.This paper constructs a social welfare measurement model to measure and analyze the development level of social welfare in each region.The provinces of China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Tibet)were divided into eight comprehensive economic regions.The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method was used to measure the Gini coefficient of eight regions in China,and then the intra-regional and inter-regional differences of social welfare were analyzed.Based on the peak location,shape and ductility of kernel density estimation images,this paper analyzes the distribution characteristics of welfare levels in China and eight comprehensive economic zones,as well as the evolution trend over time and space.This paper establishes an econometric model to empirically study the influence of social welfare on enterprise growth,and further studies the moderating effect of enterprise digital transformation degree.The concept of "better life" reflects the requirements for the improvement of welfare level,and the improvement of social welfare is the ultimate goal of high-quality development.Understanding the development status of welfare in various regions and analyzing the differences in welfare levels between regions are conducive to finding problems in welfare development and giving suggestions to improve the overall welfare level of social members.Understanding the positive impact of the improvement of social welfare on corporate growth can mobilize enterprises to play a better role in improving the level of social welfare and enhance their sense of social responsibility.
