An Analysis Of The Development Strategy Of Public Welfare Social Enterprises

As an innovative model to solve social problems,social enterprises have made great achievements at home and abroad.After social enterprises were introduced into China,they developed rapidly.Giving full play to the multiple functions of social enterprises is conducive to promoting the modern social governance in China.Different types of social enterprises can be distinguished according to three criteria,namely,the standard of organizational form,the standard of income model and the standard of dividend policy.According to the three differentiation standards,namely,the standard of organizational form,the standard of income model and the standard of dividend policy,social enterprises are distinguished.Charity based social enterprise is a kind of social organization that mainly relies on stable government and private donations or grants to achieve financial sustainability.Because of the advantages of public welfare social enterprises,they have broad prospects for development and play a positive role in strengthening and innovating social governance and promoting new tasks of social construction.Public welfare social enterprises are facing many opportunities and challenges,such as good development momentum,improved awareness,breakthrough progress in certification work,and more institutional space.They will also face strict supervision,imperfect ecosystem,lack of relevant laws and regulations,and government financial expenditure Challenges such as austerity and environmental barriers to social development.Focusing on the case of L benevolence supermarket,it can be found that there are some problems in the supermarket,such as lack of function,lack of standardized operation,insufficient system guarantee,fuzzy role positioning,etc.it is necessary to expand the area of assistance,improve the operation mechanism,add the point exchange mode,and set up network marketing and other measures.Based on the experience of L benevolence supermarket,in order to promote the development of public welfare social enterprises in China,we should actively improve the ecological system of public welfare social enterprises,optimize the policy environment,and strengthen the capacity-building of public welfare social enterprises.
