Research On The Workers’ Movement In Northeast China During The War Of Liberation

During the War of Liberation,due to the industrial foundation and geographical location of the Northeast,the Northeast became the main battlefield for the competition between the KMT and the Communist Party.In this war that determined the fate of the Chinese revolution,the Northeast working class movement led by the party played a very important historical role.A comprehensive and systematic study of the labor movement led by the Party during this period will not only expand relevant research fields,but also provide historical perspective reference and historical inspiration for strengthening trade union work in the new era.This article starts from the perspective of history,through the full study and analysis of relevant historical materials,using methods such as literature analysis,combination of theory and practice,and experience summary,to comprehensively sort out and analyze the situation of the labor movement in Northeast China during the War of Liberation.Research,in-depth analysis of the labor movement during the War of Liberation from the aspects of historical origin,main content,historical significance and enlightenment.The important conclusions of this paper based on historical analysis are mainly reflected in the following three aspects.First,the working class in Northeast China was deeply oppressed by the three mountains and influenced by revolutionary ideas.The basic reasons for the historical beginnings of regional labor movements.Second,the historical significance of the labor movement led by the Communist Party of China during the War of Liberation: it helped the Communist Party of China gain a firm foothold in the Northeast,accelerated the historical process of the War of Liberation,laid the economic foundation for the establishment of New China,and provided experience for the Communist Party of China to lead urban work.Third,the historical revelation of the labor movement in Northeast China during the War of Liberation: Ensuring concern for the interests of workers is the fundamental starting point of the party’s leadership of the labor movement,raising workers’ awareness is the prerequisite for the party’s leadership of the labor movement,and timely adjustment of strategic guidelines is the party’s starting point.Regarding the important task of the leadership of the labor movement,adhering to the leadership of the party is the fundamental guarantee for the success of the labor movement.
