Research On The Problem Of Grid Management Of X County Community In Tieling

In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in our country,the basic needs of the people have also increased,and showing a trend of diversification.This puts forward higher requirements for community management services and work efficiency.Based on this,grid management,as an innovative mode of social governance,is constantly practiced and innovated by other regions,and has become a "common tool" for urban and rural governance in more and more regions.By dividing the grid uniformly in the community,the grid management realizes the information integration in the region,breaks the state of fragmentation between various departments,and effectively improves the level of fine service.At present,community grid management in our country is still in the development stage,and there are great differences in the actual situation.Grid management originated in first-tier cities with obvious technical color,and its applicability in underdeveloped areas needs to be improved.It is of great significance to explore community grid management model suitable for underdeveloped areas to improve the efficiency of grassroots governance.Based on the delicacy management theory and the new public service theory,this paper uses the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,takes X County of Tieling City,which is economically underdeveloped,as the research object,through field research to understand the current situation of community grid management in this area,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the causes of the problems according to the above theories,and puts forward corresponding solutions.It is found that the community grid management in X County has achieved certain management results,but there are some practical problems in the practice process,such as emphasizing management and control over service,low matching degree between people and posts,formalization tendency and insufficient enthusiasm for citizen participation.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes solutions to the grid management problem of X County community from four aspects: deepening the "people-oriented" service concept,speeding up the construction of grid talent team,perfecting the long-term operation guarantee mechanism and promoting public participation through multiple measures.It is hoped that this paper can provide some constructive suggestions to solve the problems of community grid management in X county,and to provide some theoretical reference for the practice and innovation of community grid management in other underdeveloped areas of our country.
