After the full outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan in 1937,the anti-Japanese base areas developed rapidly,and the number of party members in the country soared.After the War of Resistance against Japan entered the stalemate stage,the Kuomintang set off the most wonderful part of the anti-Communist Party,the contradiction between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party intensified,and the anti-Japanese situation became extremely serious.There are all kinds of non-proletarian thoughts in the party,and the "left" right-leaning thought interferes with the implementation of the party’s Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Anti-Japanese Base was generally the same as that in Yan’an,which strengthened the leadership of the party in the border areas and consolidated the leading position of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Anti-Japanese Base.Under the direct deployment and leadership of the CPC Central Committee and Mao Zedong,a large-scale rectification movement was also rapidly carried out in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Anti-Japanese Base.The rectification movement in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Anti-Japanese Base was generally the same as that in Yan’an,which strengthened the leadership of the party rectification movement in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Anti-Japanese Base,respectively,from the subjective and objective levels,including the severe situation of the anti-Japanese struggle and the internal development of the party at that time become the urgent problems to be solved in the base areas,thus,it laid the foundation for the development of rectification movement in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei
