A Study On Multi-subject Participation In Community Governance

Since the reform and opening up,China has entered a period of rapid economic growth,and political concepts have also made significant progress.More and more democratization is the development trend of China’s political society,and it is also a development goal that the Chinese government has always adhered to.At the moment when the urbanization process is accelerating,urban Community Governance is gradually becoming an increasingly important topic in China’s social governance.At present,the policy of Community Governance implemented in China is mainly the government’s assistance to residents’ autonomy.In this context,there are multiple subjects involved in urban Community Governance.How to better handle the role of multiple subjects in urban Community Governance,so that we can not only play the role of mass autonomy,but also coordinate the relationship between various diverse subjects in Community Governance,is worthy of in-depth study.However,at present,there are still many problems in the urban Community Governance of many cities in China,especially those below the second tier.The government still plays a strong role in intervening,and there are certain difficulties in the reform of community de administration.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the problems faced by China’s Community Governance under the participation of multiple subjects will play a positive role in improving China’s Community Governance environment and building a harmonious society.At present,there is little research on urban Community Governance under the participation of multiple subjects in our country.Through in-depth community survey in X District of Shijiazhuang City,we try to enrich the relevant research in this area by studying urban Community Governance under the participation of multiple subjects.Starting with the relevant research and concepts and theories of urban Community Governance under the participation of multiple subjects,and taking the community in X District of Shijiazhuang City as an example,through field investigation and interviews,the main problems of community multi subject governance are: firstly,the relationship between the government and the community in Community Governance is not clear;Secondly,the interests of diversified subjects in Community Governance are unbalanced;Finally,the refinement of Community Governance is not high.The main reasons for the above problems include: the limitations of the traditional community management model,including the traditional all-round government Community Governance model and the traditional community structure;The diverse subjects in the community have not played a good role;It is urgent to straighten out the relationships between various subjects;Unbalanced development of Community Governance network;The awareness of common governance in urban communities is weak,and so on.Combined with the current social,economic and Community Governance background in China,this paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions to improve community multi governance: first,clarify the relationship between the government and the community,such as actively changing the government functions and highlighting the role of multi subjects in urban Community Governance;Secondly,balance the power,responsibility,and interest relationships between diverse subjects,such as clarifying power,strengthening linkage,and strengthening democracy;Thirdly,promote community grid construction and implement community fine management,such as promoting community grid construction and implementing community fine management.Today,with the rapid development of economy and the rapid change of social structure,the Community Governance model also needs to keep pace with the times.The introduction of multiple subjects into Community Governance is of positive significance for improving the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in Community Governance and the effectiveness of urban Community Governance,which is worth further in-depth discussion...
