| Judges are the specific subjects exercising the judicial power of the country,bearing important responsibilities and missions such as mediating social conflicts,maintaining fairness and justice,and establishing judicial authority.The heavy workload and huge responsibilities need to be fully guaranteed and balanced.Otherwise,judges will inevitably have a negative resistance,ranging from voting with their feet and choosing to leave the court,to corruption and judicial injustice.A comprehensive system of professional security for judges is a prerequisite for building a high-quality team of judges,and also a support for judges to independently exercise their judicial power and achieve judicial fairness.Judges have guarantees,and the rule of law has hope.Nowadays,the professional security of judges in China has indeed received unprecedented attention,and corresponding laws and regulations have been introduced and improved.However,it should also be acknowledged that compared to countries under the rule of law,the development time of China’s judge professional security system is relatively short,the system is not yet mature,and there are still many shortcomings in its operation,which cannot meet the requirements of judge professional development in the new situation.Therefore,we still need to further improve and improve the professional security of judges.Due to the crucial role of judges’ professional security in China’s judicial system reform,this article intends to study China’s judges’ professional security system based on the five consecutive "Five Year Reform Outline" issued by the Supreme People’s Court,which is a guiding document for court reform.This article is divided into four chapters: The first chapter "The ideal picture of the judge’s professional security system" describes the ideal judge’s professional security rules and systems through inductive reasoning.It includes three basic elements,namely excellent economic protection,stable identity protection,and appropriate security protection.Only by combining these three elements can a comprehensive professional security system for judges be established,which can achieve the goal of judges daring to exercise their judicial power independently,and then being willing to exercise their judicial power independently from the bottom of their hearts to promote the rule of law in China;Chapter 2 "The Professional Guarantee System for Judges in the Five Year Reform Outline" briefly analyzes the list of articles related to the professional guarantee for judges in the five Five Year Reform Outline,divides them into three stages,and vertically organizes the professional guarantee system for judges in the Reform Outline;The third chapter "Examination and Reflection on the Professional Security System for Judges in the Reform Outline" is a product of the comparison and comparison between Chapter 2and Chapter 1.Through comparison and comparison,we have systematically summarized and summarized the significant achievements and existing problems in the field of professional security for judges since the reform of the judicial system;Chapter 4 "Suggestions for Improving the Professional Security System of Judges in China" is aimed at addressing the problems in Chapter 3,integrating the new round of judicial system reform guidelines,and proposing reasonable suggestions for improving the professional security system of judges in China. |
